Survey Security

Survey Permissions

The following Survey Permissions are available:

• Edit Survey lets a User:

  • Edit the Survey and it's parameters

  • Edit the Survey's Personal Information

  • Edit the Survey's s scores
  • Edit the Survey's s quotas
  • Edit the Survey's s actions
  • Edit the Survey's s confirmation emails

• Edit Survey Questions lets a User:

  • Edit the Survey and the Survey's Questions

  • Edit the Survey's Personal Information

• Manage Participants lets a User:

  • Invite Participants

  • Complete the Survey

• View Results lets a User:

  • View the Participants' answers

  • Create, Edit and View Survey Reports

View Survey Security Settings

To view a Survey’s Security permissions, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Security" tab located at the top of the administrative user interface.

2. Click on the small "Users" tab on the left hand side of the administrative user interface.

3. Select the Survey for which you want to view the security settings in the surveys list. The Surveys will appear in the list below the small “Surveys” tab located on the left of the administrative user interface.

4. Click on the “Edit the selected survey’s security settings” button in the toolbar above the surveys list.

5. View Users’ Survey Permissions

1. Click on the User for which you want to see the permissions. The permissions of the selected User will be displayed in the Permissions List on the right of the Users List.

Set Survey Security Settings

To set a Survey’s Security permissions, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Security" tab located at the top of the administrative user interface.

2. Click on the small "Users" tab on the left hand side of the administrative user interface.

3. Select the Survey for which you want to view the security settings in the surveys list. The Surveys will appear in the list below the small “Surveys” tab located on the left of the administrative user interface.

4. Click on the “Edit the selected survey’s security settings” button in the toolbar above the surveys list.

5. Set Users’ Survey Permissions

1. Select one ore more Users in the Users List.

2. Select one or more permissions in the Permissions List on the right of the Users List.

6. Click on the "Save" button.
