Print a Survey
Using the Interceptum platform it is possible print a survey to let participants complete it offline. Once the survey is completed, you can enter the participant's answer back into the Interceptum platform.
To print a Survey, follow these steps:

Click on the "Surveys" tab located at the top of the administrative user interface.

Select the Survey for which you want to delete a participant in the list of Surveys below the "Surveys" small tab located on the left hand side of the administrative user interface.
- Click on the arrow
on the right of the "More" 
button.

Click on the "Print and Complete the selected survey." 
button.

The Survey will appear as one long document.

Click on the "Print" 
button in the main toolbar.

Print the Survey using your browser's print functionality.
To enter a participant's answer from a completed printed Survey, follow these steps:

Click on the "Surveys" tab located at the top of the administrative user interface.

Select the Survey for which you want to delete a participant in the list of Surveys below the "Surveys" small tab located on the left hand side of the administrative user interface.

Click on the "Print and Complete the selected survey." button.

The Survey will appear as one long document. The print version will also include the instructions on Conditional Questions.

In the Survey window, you may enter the participant's answers to the questions.

Click on the "Save" 
button.
NOTE: You must restart at step 3 for each completed printed Survey you want to enter.
